  • Required for new patients with more than one condition or treatment complexity
  • Personalised treatment plan
  • Telehealth appointment only (phone or video)
  • No referral required for most consults
  • Specialised women’s health appointments available > book ‘Women’s health initial consult’
  • *Specialised paediatric video appointments available > book ‘Under 18s initial consult’ (bulk-billed with a valid referral letter)
