You can book a consultation with one of our doctors online or call our team for assistance.

  • Standard Initial ($79, 20 min):

Recommended if you would like to discuss a single health concern or are transferring from another clinic.

  • Long Initial ($149, 30 min):

This appointment is recommended if you have multiple queries, complex concerns, or are under 18 years old. Once your appointment is booked, our Customer Care Team will send you an online new patient intake form and consent form to complete before your appointment. After we receive your form, if any additional information is needed, our team will get in touch. We will keep you informed every step of the way, so you know exactly what to expect and whether our service is the right fit for you.

No referral is required for general appointments.

Paediatric patients can be seen by A/Prof Anand Ramineni, who is able to bulk bill appointments with a valid Medicare card and a referral letter from the GP or Specialist.

Yes. If you would prefer for your script to go to your usual pharmacy instead of our partner pharmacy, please let us know before your appointment.

KyMed Dispensaries ships via StarTrack Premium Express. Most orders arrive within 1–2 business days, though rural or remote areas may take up to 3 days.

Note: There are no weekend deliveries, so please try to order early in the week in case your medication needs to be ordered in first.

Your prescription will be sent to one of our dedicated partner pharmacies (KyMed Dispensaries) after your appointment. This helps ensure access to recommended retail pricing and free delivery. Both our standard initial and extended initial consultations are tailored to understand your health issues and what you hope to achieve from treatment.

Our Standard Initial 20-minute consult is perfect if you want to discuss a single medical issue or have transferred from another clinic.

We recommend our Long Initial Consult (30 minutes)for patients who have multiple questions or if their issue is particularly complex. Patients under the age of 18 are also required to book a 30-minute consult.

Yes, all appointments are via telehealth, making it easy to connect with our expert doctors from anywhere in Australia. . Our standard telehealth initial consult costs $99 and long initial consults are $149.
