After growing up in Brisbane and studying medicine at The University of Queensland, Anand undertook specialist paediatric training at Queensland Children’s Hospital and advanced neonatology training at Mater Mothers’ Hospital.
Anand developed an interest in the therapeutic use of natural medication alternatives a decade ago, through his work with infants with severe epilepsy syndromes. He contributes to clinical research establishing the efficacy of these therapies for several conditions in both children and adults. At myQuest, paediatric patients can be bulk-billed when they see A/Prof Anand.

Upcoming clinical trial
Later this year, A/Prof Anand will also lead a nationwide clinical trial through our clinic exploring the efficacy of cannabidiol-dominant medication in the treatment of paediatric ASD & ADHD.
