Yes. If you would prefer for your script to go to your usual pharmacy instead of our partner pharmacy, please let us know before your appointment.

How long does delivery take?

KyMed Dispensaries ships via StarTrack Premium Express. Most orders arrive within 1–2 business days, though rural or remote areas may take up to 3 days. Note: There are no weekend deliveries, so please try to order early in the week in case your medication needs to be ordered in first.

Where will my script be sent?

Your prescription will be sent to one of our dedicated partner pharmacies (KyMed Dispensaries) after your appointment. This helps ensure access to recommended retail pricing and free delivery. If you would prefer your prescription to be sent to a different pharmacy, please contact our clinic team before your appointment by calling 1300 436 111 or emailing hello@myquestclinic.com.au .

What’s the difference between a Standard and Long Initial Consult?

Both our standard initial and extended initial consultations are tailored to understand your health issues and what you hope to achieve from treatment. Our Standard Initial 20-minute consult is perfect if you want to discuss a single medical issue or have transferred from another clinic. We recommend our Long Initial Consult (30 minutes)for patients who have multiple questions or if their issue is particularly complex. Patients under the age of 18 are also required to book a 30-minute consult.

Are all appointments via telehealth?

Yes, all appointments are via telehealth, making it easy to connect with our expert doctors from anywhere in Australia. . Our standard telehealth initial consult costs $99 and long initial consults are $149.

Do I need a referral to book a consult?

No referral is required for general appointments. Paediatric patients require a valid Medicare card and referral for bulk billed appointments with A/Prof Anand Ramineni.You can also contact our team for a complimentary, no-obligation discussion.

How much do consults cost?

Our discounted standard initial consults is $79 until valid for bookings made in December 2025 / January 2026 (was $99). This is so our team can better understand your needs and health goals, and includes an initial treatment plan and guidance from your myQuest prescriber. There are longer initial consultations available if you wish to discuss more than one medical issue or if you are under 18 years of age. Please note, we are running some introductory specials at the moment and these rates can be found at https://www.myquestclinic.com.au/pricing Follow-up consultations cost $49 and will allow your myQuest prescriber to assess your treatment plan and renew any prescriptions that may be required.
